Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid VIRTUAL Trainings
Stand with your community and learn to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
In rural communities, there are significant challenges in accessing mental health care. Register online for Adult Mental Health First Aid and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid at https://go.wisc.edu/9dsa65
For each of the Virtual Mental Health First Aid Trainings- Adult & Youth, First Aiders will complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class, and then participate in a 6.5-hour, Instructor-led Zoom Meeting either all in one day or split into two days. Limited to 30 adults.

Youth Mental Health First Aid VIRTUAL TRAININGS
Youth Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among children and adolescents ages 12-18. Register online for Adult Mental Health First Aid and/or Youth Mental Health First Aid at https://go.wisc.edu/9dsa65
