Adult & Youth Mental Health First Aid VIRTUAL Trainings
In rural communities, there are significant challenges in accessing mental health care. Stand with your community and learn to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health or substance use challenge.
Unfortunately, there are no virtual trainings scheduled at this time. Fill out an interest form and we will let you know when more trainings become scheduled.
For each of the Virtual Mental Health First Aid Trainings- Adult & Youth, First Aiders will complete a 2-hour, self-paced online class, and then participate in a 6.5-hour, Instructor-led Zoom Meeting either all in one day or split into two days. Limited to 30 adults.
