Come join us as we paddle from the Washburn Coal Dock to Houghton Point. Enjoy the sandstone cliffs along the Houghton Falls State Natural Area . We will be paddling for approximately 3 hours total on this out and back trip, with a lunchbreak and hike at the iconic Houghton Point.

This trip is weather/ water conditions dependent and will be rescheduled if needed. Beginners are welcome! Kayaking skills & safety maneuvers will be taught prior to heading out on the water.

Dropoff/pickup options:

Iron River Elementary School- 8:15am/ 4:45 pm

Bayfield County Courthouse (Washburn)- 9am/4pm

What to bring: sun protection, bag lunch, water bottle, clothes you can get wet in
