Managing the Risks of CAFOs

Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center

UW-Extension, in cooperation with the Bayfield County Large-Scale Livestock Study Committee, is hosting a public information session to learn about the recommendations being made by the Committee with respect to CAFOs and large-scale livestock operations.  The event will be on Thursday, December 10, from 6-7:30PM at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center.  This will be a great opportunity to learn what actions the Committee is recommending and why.  The event is free and open to the public.  For questions contact Jason Fischbach at 715-373-6104 ext 5 or jason.fischbach@wisc.edu.
