2022 Foods Revue

“Foods of The World”

Choose a country or culture that you are interested in and choose or create a recipe from that culture’s foodways.

  • Plan and prepare a delicious, healthy, and balanced meal that fits with this year’s theme: Foods of the World
  • Create a handwritten or typed menu
  • Plan the table service needed to attractively serve the meal including dishes, silverware, table linen or placemat, and a centerpiece.
  • On the day of the event members should arrive at the Iron River Community Center and set up their meal and table service. The judges will then go around to each member individually. Be prepared to talk with the judge and answer questions about your meal, its nutritional value, sanitary preparation, your menu, and table setting.
  • Foods Revue is a judged pre-fair event with premiums for Grades 3-5, 6-8, & 9-13 and ribbons for participating Cloverbuds.
  • If you are able, please bring extra of one of your recipes to share at the potluck afterwards.
  • 4-H Clothing Revue will be held afterwards
